2 Corinthians 9:6

But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.

This is true in our PHYSICAL WORLD. The farmer who sows only a few seeds will not reap much of a harvest. This is also true in the SPIRITUAL world, which is what Paul here refers to. If you seldom read the Word of God or seldom pray, you will not have much of a spiritual life. If you share your knowledge of Christ very sparingly with others, you will have little or no fruit to present to the Savior when He returns. Jesus did not sow sparingly. All the sins of the world, with the full weight of God’s broken law was PLACED ON HIM, and He paid the price completely, even to the last drop of blood. Jesus paid it all, and at the rapture when Jesus comes for His church, He returns to heaven and presents the bountiful harvest to the Father, saying, “Behold, I and the children which God hath given me.’’ Hebrews 2:13. Let us labor in His vineyard so that we also may have much fruit to present the Father. Let us sow the seed BOUNTIFULLY.
