Revelation 3:11

Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.

Did you ever look forward to a birthday; a graduation, marriage, the birth of a child? When you are waiting for something it seems that it will never finally happen BUT IT DOES. Jesus has promised to return for his bride, (the church, us Christians), and take us to heaven leaving the world to suffer the horrible, indescribable nightmare called the tribulation. When He returns, we’ll think, “Gee, it happened SO FAST”. He said, “Behold, I come QUICKLY.” Jesus foretold the characteristics of the world, or the conditions which would prevail at the close of this age, and WE ARE SEEING THEM NOW. He told of the DISTRESS and perplexity of nations as PROBLEMS INCREASE and solutions fail. He told of the increase and intensity of earthquakes such as WE NOW WITNESS. He said, “When you see these things begin to come to pass, lift up your head, for your redemption draweth nigh.” ARE YOU READY? He said, “Behold, I COME QUICKLY: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.” Even so, come LORD Jesus.
