Hosea 12:6

Therefore turn thou to thy God: keep mercy and judgment and wait on thy God continually.

Turn. An about face is called for. You’re going in one direction: TURN and go the opposite way. You are turned away from God. Now turn toward Him. How? “Keep mercy and judgment,” that is, obey the 2nd table of the Ten Commandments toward your fellow man. Return to love, mercy, and honest dealing. Then, this above all. ``Wait on thy God continually”. Return to heartfelt obedience to God, calling on Him at all times, and walking in the Spirit. This exhortation is FOR THOSE who at one time knew God and walked with Him. If you have never received Jesus into your heart, the opening gate, or STARTING POINT FOR YOU, must be to kneel at the foot of the cross, seeing Jesus bruised and punished for your sins, and then call on Him for salvation and BELIEVE on Him as your Savior and ONLY hope of Eternal Life.
