Luke 1:31

And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS.

Isaiah 7:14 had foretold by the Lord’s revelation 700 years previous that a virgin would conceive and bring forth the Messiah, and here we have the angel announcing this to Mary. It has always been a wonder to me that anyone could doubt and put limits on God`s power to do miracles. God is GOD! The child’s name is Savior; and a Savior He is! To all that come to Him He gives the power to become the Sons of God! The metamorphosis of a butterfly hardly compares. Imagine! From Hell-deserving, cursing sinners we are transformed by His cleansing blood into the children of God! Let us remember that the LITTLE BABY in swaddling clothes is the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the Savior of all those that come to Him.
