Matthew 2:2

Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.

These men from the east have been called “wise men”, or the “three wise men”. At any rate, they were WISE INDEED, for to fear the Lord and to seek HIM, is true wisdom. But where is He? How do we find him? The first step in finding is to seek. JESUS is the Light of the World, and our life, health, blessings and eternal destiny depend on finding Him and knowing Him. Where is He? Do you Know? Phillip said to JESUS, “Show us the Father and that is sufficient for us”, John 14:8. Jesus said, “have I been with you all this time and still you have not known me Phillip? He that has seen me has seen the Father.” Phillip “couldn’t see the forest because the trees were in the way”. Sometimes we are like that. He is our Creator, “in Him we live, and move, and have our being”, Acts 17:28, and still we say “where is He?” The best place to find Him is on your knees, with an open Bible, and by faith, receiving Him into your heart as your Savior.
