Mark 10:15

Mark 10:15
Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein.
The Gospel means “Good News” and it is a very simple message. Unfortunately many stumble at its’ very SIMPLICITY. It is not something drawn up by dozens of lawyers, each one eager to add legal jargon, technicalities and obfuscation. The Bible says that the way is so PLAIN that “a wayfaring man (drifter) though he be a fool, need not err therein." So tread lightly DOCTORS of philosophy, DISPUTANTS, and HAIR-SPLITTERS. The message is simple. We are sinners; Jesus SUFFERED IN OUR PLACE for our sins, (it should have been us on the cross), and those who receive Jesus as a simple act of trust, will be forgiven of their sins and have eternal life. Don’t try to add to it. It is as simple as that. Simple, but life-changing and revolutionary. The arms that were out-stretched on the cross are out-stretched to you right now. Will you turn your life over to Him, and with the faith of a little child ask Him to come into your heart?
Commentary by Francis L. Harris
