Psalms 103:19

The LORD hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all.

In Heaven, all is harmony and beauty. God’ s throne is established over all, with fixed laws of truth and righteousness. In all of God’s universe, only sinful man is at variance and out of harmony with our merciful, loving and righteous heavenly Father. But this disharmony is a temporary thing. Psalm 103:19 tells us that “The LORD has prepared his throne for judgment”, for “God has appointed a day in which He will judge the world in righteousness”, Acts 17:31, and “every knee shall bow, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father”, Philippians 2:10.
