Psalms 107:7

Psalms 107:7
And he led them forth by the right way, that they might go to a city of habitation.
After the Israelites escaped from the slavery of Egypt, they could have reached the promised land in forty days instead of forty years; forty years of wandering in the desert enduring all sorts of trials and problems. After all this wandering, the Word tells us that God “led them forth by the RIGHT way. He knew their weaknesses, and the trials and lessons necessary for them; the same is true for us. Sometimes we may feel; “Why did God bring this into my life?” What is the purpose of this or that trial? Perhaps you are undergoing some difficult trial at the present time, and you wonder, “What is the purpose of all this?” If you have given your heart to Jesus, you will discover when you enter into the heaven that He is preparing for us, that He knew what was best for your character and development in the Christian life, and you will say, “He led me forth by the right way.”
